1. Trial Period and Subscription Plan
- Initial Trial: Your subscription begins with a 3-day trial period.
- Subscription Plan: Following the trial, your subscription activates a 24-month billing cycle.
- Fees: The standard subscription fee is €9.99 per month.
- Total Payment: The total amount for each 24-month cycle is €238.00, which will be charged in advance.
2. Billing and Automatic Renewal
- First Payment: The first payment of €238.00 will be automatically processed immediately after your 3-day trial period concludes.
- Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew for a subsequent 24-month cycle upon the completion of the current one. The full fee for the new cycle will be charged at that time.
- Payment Method: You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method with sufficient funds to cover the subscription fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation During Trial: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial period expires.
- Cancellation of Active Subscription: If you cancel an active subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current 24-month billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.
- No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
